Yes — Sangamon Watch Company holds the sole U.S. authorized Seagull (海鸥) watch repair designation. Seagull is one of the world's largest movement manufacturers, based in Tianjin, China, and the designation means we work with genuine Seagull parts and factory-trained knowledge — for the Seagull brand and for the many microbrands built on Seagull movements.

Service starts with a $35 bench fee to inspect and diagnose. You receive a written estimate before any work begins, so there are no surprises.

Most services take about 4–6 weeks, depending on parts and the work required. If sourcing a part changes the timeline, we tell you.

Is my watch safe in the mail?

Ship it insured and tracked, double-boxed with the watch head wrapped and the bracelet removed. We confirm receipt within 1–2 business days and return it fully insured.
