- Seagull & Chinese mechanical — sole U.S. authorized Seagull center
- Microbrands and independent watchmakers
- High-end quartz watches valued over $250 (Movado, Tissot, Longines, Cartier)
- Chronograph, GMT, perpetual calendar complications
We Don't Service
- Watches valued under $250
- Smart watches (Apple, Samsung, Garmin)
- Eco-drive, digital, and solar watches
- Replica or counterfeit watches
- Full restoration (dial refinishing, case re-plating)
- Antique/vintage watches (parts availability)
Pricing: Service starts at $150 for standard automatic watches, $450 for Swiss and other high-end brands. A $35-per-watch bench fee is required in advance and credited toward your repair if the estimate is approved. For quartz watches, multi-watch submissions are encouraged.
